How do you get it so that it shows all the loot?

so you just take a couple pics with the loot and just photoshop it?

Yeah, one with the UI hidden for the main pic, then a couple more, one with the raid window open, and some with the loot tooltips open. Then just cut & paste the raid info & tooltips into the main pic and voila.
