I spend most of my time now running an engineering department, machine build department and the lean efforts for a plant in Texas, yes I moved out of the fridgid north country of Wisconsin and now poke fun at the Texans daily.

I am helping with a project to make the US/Mexico border fence, with Mexican steel that we place the stamped side "Made in Mexico" on the Mexican side. Currently we are taking bets on how long it takes the banditos to tear it down, make bbq's out of it and sell it back to the gringos.

Anyways yes EVE is a challenging game but the kick really lies in if your good enuf you dont have to pay for it. Certain skills earns isk that you can trade for game time cards so once you have been playing a while it becomes free.

Might reactivate Flick if I get bored enuf but 700 person pvp battles get interesting so I think I will stick with EVE,

BTW I finally built a gaming comp... Asus LN quad series board, AMD 64 FX72's x 4, thermaltake case and 1250 watt power supply, 2 10k sata drives, 8 gig corsair xms matched gaming sims, 2 8800 gt 756m nvidia cards and a 42" panasonic flatscreen and full liquid cooling.

Really got sick of lag, I can ping England with 32ms while running 3 full game clients at once.

How are the alliances nowadays anyways? Still North vs. South feuds or has BoB bitchwhipped all the southern alliances under their control yet? :mrgreen:

Its the Alliance (BoB / MC and pets) vs the Russians and Goon Fleet. Its a slow but steady push against bob. They will be pushed back to Delve in a few more months. Our corp is basing out of stain camping the bob pipe to the front.

They have really improved the new character process, you can be flying interceptors (or any T2 frig) reasonably well in just a few weeks so yeah no excuse to not come try it out ;)
